Our Proven Process, Produces Results
1. Specification
A detailed contract (Statement of Work) is drawn up to capture the scope of the project including the key stages/milestones. All the components of the solution are detailed including how they interact and function as part of the overall solution. FDS and Client roles & responsibilities are also captured.
2. Design
A detailed design is produced comprising Wire Frames, Navigation, Fonts, Colours, etc. PDFs of the key pages of the website/application are submitted for review and amended until sign off. The design includes Responsive Options that show how the site will look on various devices including DeskTop, LapTop, Tablets, Mobile Phones, etc.
3. Development
The website and/or Web-application is developed on an iterative basis so that client feedback can be captured and the solution updated until sign off ready for testing.
4. Testing
The Website/Application Solution is thoroughly tested to validate all inherent functionality. Testing is also conducted across a variety of devices and browsers for responsiveness.
5. Going live!
The website application is released on to a live environment, DNS is updated and the solution moves into support cover status via a comprehensive Service Level Agreement (SLA).
